DEVELOP INNOVATION

AN IDEA IS NOT YET A BUSINESS.

A team has an idea or an innovation problem. We make the critical assumptions visible, run experiments and then reach a decision you can rely on.

TYPICAL STARTING POINTS

WHEN THIS MAKES SENSE.

New business ideas emerge, but nobody knows whether they will hold up.

Innovation projects stall.

Teams build solutions too early.

Nobody knows the most critical assumptions.

Management demands solid evidence.

The innovation doesn't fit the existing business model.

FAQ

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS.

How do you test a business model?

You do not test the business model as a whole, you test its parts. A business model is a collective term for three components that build on each other and fit together: the value proposition (customer and product), value creation (customer, channels and production) and the revenue model (customer and payment).

How does an Innovation Lab work?

A team has an idea or an innovation problem. We make the critical assumptions visible, run experiments and then reach a decision you can rely on. A Lab takes six to eight weeks.

What is an Innovation Sprint?

An Innovation Sprint takes two to four days. It is similar to the sprint by Jake Knapp, but focused on implementing the idea: which barriers exist in the specific company, which challenges are typical, which roles are needed (from my research project Bridge to Impact within EDR), and how does that turn into buy-in?

Who do you work with on implementation?

I work with the Green Business Challenge and support implementation through Implementation Sprints and Labs.
